We facilitate two types of Away Days: Team Building Away Days and Management Away Days for a senior team. Our unique approach engages challenges entertains and motivates people.

Team Building Away Days
When teams need to improve performance, communication, leadership, creativity, motivation and boost the vital team spirit we recommend our unique Team Building Away Day.

Unlike other activities like paint-balling, our Away Days do not risk the potential divisiveness that different physical abilities can create. Our Away Days are directly relevant to the team and the organisation.

We want much more than the team to have a fun day. We want the day to make a difference to how they work together in the real world. Many teams have made the Team Building Away Day an opportunity to introduce major improvements in how they work and support each other.

Management Away Days
These days are excellent for refocusing and re-energising a board of directors or a senior management team. External facilitation is particularly useful when a new strategy is being planned, important decisions need to be discussed or when strongly divergent views are held.

We spend time before the Away Day to understand and agree the outcomes with the client. Then we design a structure for the day that includes a lot of flexibility. We find a great location and ensure that:
